George Paz, Chairman & CEO
George Paz provides leadership for the evolution of Express Scripts' strategic direction and assuming day-to-day responsibility for delivering on the company's promise to make the use of prescription drugs safer and more affordable. He joined Express Scripts in 1998 as senior vice president and chief financial officer and became president in 2003. In 2005 he was named chief executive officer and the following year was elected chairman of the board. Paz holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Missouri and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Keith Ebling, Executive Vice President & General Counsel
Keith Ebling joined Express Scripts in 1996 and has served the company in numerous legal and business roles. In 2008 he became executive vice president and general counsel responsible for all legal and compliance matters, government affairs and business development opportunities. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Ebling was an attorney specializing in corporate law with the law firm of Husch & Eppenberger (now Husch Blackwell Sanders) in St. Louis. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and various bar associations. Ebling graduated with distinction from Saint Louis University School of Law.

Jeff Hall, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Finance
Jeff Hall joined Express Scripts in 2008 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Hall was senior vice president and chief financial officer of KLA-Tencor. Hall is a Certified Management Accountant and earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University and his master's degree in business administration from the University of Dayton.
Jeff Hall joined Express Scripts in 2008 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Hall was senior vice president and chief financial officer of KLA-Tencor. Ed Ignaczak joined Express Scripts as vice president and general manager of the National Employer Division in April 1998. He became senior vice president of sales and account management in December 2002 and now serves as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Ignaczak earned dual bachelor's degrees in business administration and economics from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a master's degree in marketing and international business from Duquesne University.

In 2007 he became executive vice president of Operations and Technology and took on additional responsibility for core operations including pharmacies, call centers, and client services. McNamee attended Marquette University and holds a bachelor's degree and master's degree in biomedical engineering.

Dr. Steve Miller joined Express Scripts in 2005 and is recognized for his research in the areas of acute renal failure, hypertension, and healthcare economics. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and received additional training in the Pathology and Research fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and training in cardiology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Miller also earned his MBA at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Sara Wade, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Sara Wade joined Express Scripts in 2009 as vice president of Compensation & Benefits, and was quickly promoted to her current position. She is responsible for aligning Express Scripts' Human Resources and business strategies, leading the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives, and ensuring the continued development of a strong, effective, and respected Human Resources organization. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an executive MBA at the Olin School of Business of Washington University in St. Louis.

Larry Zarin began working for Express Scripts in 1996 as president of Express Scripts Vision. He headed the integration of two of the company's major acquisitions in 1998 and then moved into corporate marketing. In addition to being a frequent spokesperson for the company, he is also responsible for brand management, advertising, corporate communications, and corporate events. Zarin graduated from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.
