How Does It Work?

Select Home Delivery (SHD) is designed to increase home delivery use while preserving member choice and satisfaction. Focusing on members using retail pharmacies for maintenance medications, SHD requires members to choose either the Express Scripts PharmacySM or remain at retail with no financial penalty. Another option is our SHD – Opt Out approach, giving members 60 days to opt out of exclusive use of the Express Scripts Pharmacy.
