Injured Worker Rights & Responsibilities
If Express Scripts has been chosen to administer the pharmacy program for your work-related injury or illness, you have the following rights and responsibilities.
You have the right to:
- Contact an Express Scripts customer service representative with inquiries, including requests for help identifying participating pharmacies, understanding your options for refilling medications early in cases such as medication loss or in advance of travel, and accessing a pharmacist
- Be treated with respect and consideration
- Voice concerns or complaints regarding pharmacy services
You have the responsibility to:
- Present your Express Scripts Workers' Compensation ID card when filling prescriptions for your compensable work-related injury or illness
- Only use your Express Scripts Workers' Compensation ID card for prescriptions related to your compensable work-related injury or illness
