Log in to the website and Add a Caregiver under Account on the main menu.

Don't have an account? Create one now!

I am a Caregiver

Please have your patient log in to his or her account. Then, select Add a Caregiver under Account on the main menu.

Benefits of Designating a Caregiver

A designated caregiver can:

Order prescriptions or refill now
Check order status
Manage shipping and payment options
Set up account preferences

Have a question about being a caregiver for an Express Scripts member? Call the customer service number on the back of the member's ID card.
