Getting started

The Express Scripts® Phamacy mobile app lets you manage your prescriptions while you are on the go.

Search for "Express Scripts" from your device’s app store for the free download. To learn more, please visit Express-Scripts.com/mobileapp.

If you take prescription medication on an ongoing basis, you can order from Express Scripts® Pharmacy in a convenient 3-month supply. Once you start, you can refill and renew your prescriptions from the website or mobile app - and free standard shipping is included.

Express Scripts® Pharmacy is exclusively available to those with pharmacy benefits from Express Scripts and other participating pharmacy benefit managers.

Using our mobile app, you can:

• Order refills and renewals
• Check order status
• Transfer prescriptions to home delivery
• Compare pricing and coverage for brand-name and generic medications
• Find participating retail pharmacies and compare pharmacy prices
• Find detailed medication information

Feature availability depends on your plan.

Online
Depending on your plan, you can select Member ID Card under Account in the main menu after you log in. If it's available, you can print your member ID card from there. Just click on the Download Card button to download and/or print your member ID Card.

On the Express Scripts® Pharmacy mobile app
Tap the menu icon on the top-left corner of your screen. Go to My Account and choose Prescription ID Card. You can use the mobile app to show your member ID number at your pharmacy or doctor's office.

Creating an online Express Scripts account is simple. To register, you can use your member ID or your social security number.

Once you have registered on our website, you can:

• Easily order refills
• Track your orders
• Transfer medications to our home delivery pharmacy
• Compare pricing and coverage for brand-name and generic medications
• Find network retail pharmacies and compare pharmacy prices
• Find detailed drug information

Some of these features may depend on your plan.

Getting started is easy. We just need your prescription.

For new prescriptions, you have three options:

• Ask your doctor to send a 3-month supply of your prescription electronically to Express Scripts® Pharmacy. (This is the fastest way to get your medication!)
• Log in to your Express Scripts account and click the “Request an Rx” button on the right side of the home page.
• Dial the number on the back of your ID card, and we’ll contact your doctor for you.

For current prescriptions:

After you register or log in to your account, you may see existing prescriptions in your dashboard that are eligible for home delivery.

If you have refills available, simply click on them to order and set up payment. We’ll contact your doctor and take care of the rest. You can let them know we’ll be reaching out, so they’re prepared with your information.
