Step 1: Choose our pharmacy

Starting on July 1st, you can get home delivery from our pharmacy. Just ask your doctor to send new prescriptions to Express Scripts® Pharmacy. Take a look at our FAQ for more information.


Step 2: Create an account

Getting started with Express Scripts is easy. Create an account using the member ID on your health insurance card. If you have questions, give us a call at (833) 599-0727.

Do I have to use home delivery from Express Scripts® Pharmacy?

No, if you want to continue using your current home delivery pharmacy, there is no action needed and your coverage will not change. The earliest you can use Express Scripts® Pharmacy is July 1, 2021.

How do I get my prescription medications from Express Scripts® Pharmacy?

You can ask your doctor to send any new prescriptions electronically, by phone, or directly to Express Scripts® Pharmacy. Your doctor can call (888) 327-9791 for prescriber instructions.  Make sure you provide your doctor with your member ID number on your health insurance card.

Can I fill all my prescriptions through home delivery from Express Scripts® Pharmacy?

You can order up to a 3-month supply of your long-term, maintenance medication to be delivered to your home. It’s one of the most cost-effective, convenient ways to fill prescriptions and may help save you money.

Will my payment and communication preferences transfer over to Express Scripts® Pharmacy?

No, your preferences will not be carried over from your previous pharmacy, so please update your profile when ordering your medications.

Will I pay a different price for my prescriptions? Where can I find out how much they will cost?

The price of your medication is set by your health plan and there could be a change from what you paid in the past. Please contact your health plan for the most accurate pricing information.

I need to refill my medicine soon. Do I use Express Scripts® Pharmacy or my current pharmacy?

If you need to refill your medicine before July 1, 2021, please contact your current pharmacy.

When will I get my medications delivered? Can I track my medications?

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 5 days after we receive them. You can track your orders in your online account or the mobile app.

Is there a delivery/shipping fee?

Standard shipping is free. Orders are sent in tamper-evident, weather-resistant, unmarked packaging that ensures your privacy. Medications are delivered by your regular carrier, unless the medication requires special handling, such as refrigeration. At your request, Express Scripts® Pharmacy can mail prescriptions to a secondary address.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes. Express Scripts offers an Extended Payment Program that gives you flexibility to pay for your medication in three monthly installments. You can choose to pay in installments when you place your order.
