How it Works
Step 1: Choose our pharmacy
If you decide to use Express Scripts® Pharmacy, call us at (833) 599-0451 to get started. Have your health insurance card handy.
Step 2: Send your prescriptions
On the call, you'll talk to a patient care advocate who will help you create an online account and have your prescriptions sent to us.
Step 3: Order your medication
After we have your prescriptions, you can place orders using the website, mobile app, or by phone. You’ll have access to real-time updates as we fill and ship your medication.
No, if you want to continue using your current home delivery pharmacy, there is no action needed and your coverage will not change.
If you’ve used a home delivery pharmacy in the past year, you can create an online account. You will need your member ID located on the front of your health insurance card and it will only take a few minutes.
Your prescriptions with refills remaining will be automatically transferred to our pharmacy. If you’re out of refills, have an expired prescription, or need a new prescription, you can ask your doctor to send any new prescriptions electronically, by phone, or directly to Express Scripts® Pharmacy. Your doctor can call (888) 327-9791 for prescriber instructions. Make sure you provide your doctor with your member ID number.
You can order up to a 3-month supply of your long-term, maintenance medication to be delivered to your home. It’s one of the most cost-effective, convenient ways to fill prescriptions and may help save you money.
Please give us a call at (833) 599-0451 and we can help get any current prescriptions transferred to our pharmacy. If you are out of refills, have an expired prescription, or need a new prescription, we can work with your doctor to have them sent to us.
The price of your medication is set by your health plan and there could be a change from what you paid in the past. Please contact your health plan for the most accurate pricing information.
If you need to refill your medicine soon, please contact your current pharmacy. First-time orders typically take 8-11 days to be processed and delivered.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 5 days after we receive them. You can track your orders in your online account or the mobile app.
Standard shipping is free. Orders are sent in tamper-evident, weather-resistant, unmarked packaging that ensures your privacy. Medications are delivered by your regular carrier, unless the medication requires special handling, such as refrigeration. At your request, Express Scripts® Pharmacy can mail prescriptions to a secondary address.
Yes. Express Scripts® Pharmacy offers an Extended Payment Program that gives you flexibility to pay for your medication in three monthly installments. You can choose to pay in installments when you place your order.
