George Paz
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

George Paz drives Express Scripts' strategy, ensuring our business model of alignment with clients’ best interests delivers better, more cost-effective health outcomes for millions of people. George joined Express Scripts in 1998 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and became President in 2003. In 2005 he was named Chief Executive Officer and the following year was elected chairman of the board. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors for Honeywell, Inc. George holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Don Fotsch
Senior Vice President - Home Delivery & Member Experience

Don Fotsch joined Express Scripts in January 2015. He is responsible for our home delivery business, blending customer insights with the potential of technology to continually enhance member experience. For more than 20 years, Don has defined and delivered breakthrough products in leadership roles at Sears, Apple, BetFair, PayPal and America Online. His understanding of digital commerce, expertise in product development, and focus on user experience and iterative software development helps us capitalize on our current home delivery assets and create new ones. Don earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering with honors from Marquette University and an MBA from Northwestern University. Don reports to Tim Wentworth.

Christine Houston
Senior Vice President - Operations

Chris Houston leads all core operations, including pharmacies, call centers and client services. She joined the company in 1997 and has held numerous leadership positions in information technology, our specialty pharmacy business and operations. Before being appointed to her current position, Chris most recently served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, where she oversaw Express Scripts’ contracting with pharmaceutical companies and retail pharmacies. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Saint Louis University, where she graduated with distinction. Chris reports to Tim Wentworth.

Steve Miller, MD
Senior Vice President & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Steve Miller's focus is on supporting government relations, leading the Pharmacy & Therapeutics committee, managing the Medical Affairs team and interfacing with client groups. Steve has served as Chief Medical Officer since 2006 and has been a valuable leader in all clinical matters, including our e-prescribing initiatives, our specialty offering and overall product development. He received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and he trained in the Pathology and Research fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and in cardiology at the University of California, San Francisco. Steve also earned his MBA at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Steve reports to Tim Wentworth.

Everett Neville
Senior Vice President - Supply Chain

Everett Neville is responsible for all aspects of supply chain. Everett has a unique understanding of the pricing and reimbursement landscape and is a champion for our clients’ needs in his management of our relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. A pharmacist by training, Everett joined Express Scripts 16 years ago, and in addition to his leadership roles in Supply Chain, he also held a leadership role in our Health Plan division. Everett holds a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Everett reports to David Norton.

David Norton
Senior Vice President - Specialty & Supply Chain

David is responsible for all aspects of Express Scripts’ Specialty Pharmacy (Accredo) and enterprise-wide supply chain procurement activities including negotiating and contracting with pharmaceutical companies and retail entities. He also manages the company’s subsidiaries including United BioSource Corporation and our Specialty Distribution business. David joined the company in 2002 and has served in several capacities across the organization including IT, operations, planning, management support, business development, strategy, corporate real estate, safety and security. David earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Francisco State University. David reports to Tim Wentworth.

Dave Queller
Senior Vice President - Sales & Account Management

Dave Queller joined Express Scripts in July 2014 to lead sales and account management. Dave is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and oversight of our full portfolio of business divisions. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Dave was Senior Vice President, National Accounts for Aetna, where he served for 14 years. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and political science from Central Michigan University. Dave reports to Tim Wentworth.

Eric Slusser
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Eric Slusser joined Express Scripts in September 2015. He is responsible for overseeing all financial activities and partnering with senior management to develop and lead the company’s strategic direction. Within Eric’s responsibilities are capital allocation, business development, financial planning and analysis, controllership, treasury, risk and insurance, and investor relations. He’s also responsible for our business in Canada, our procurement organization and our enterprise project management office. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Eric most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Gentiva Health Services. He also held executive roles with other healthcare services companies including Centene Corporation and Cardinal Health, Inc. Eric, who is a certified public accountant, spent 10 years in finance leadership roles within the telecommunications industry and 12 years in public accounting. Eric reports to George Paz.

Glen Stettin, MD
Senior Vice President - Clinical, Research & New Solutions & Chief Innovation Officer

Dr. Glen Stettin heads up clinical products, Consumerology®, the therapeutic resource centers, channel, trend and formulary management, as well as integrated health solutions. Glen joined Express Scripts when the company merged with Medco in April 2012. During his 17 years at Medco, Glen served in leadership roles in the clinical, operations, technology and product organizations. Glen earned his bachelor and medical degrees through Lehigh University and the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, where he also served as Medical Chief Resident at Moffitt-Long Hospital, Fellow in cardiology and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholar at UCSF and Stanford University. Glen reports to Tim Wentworth.

Sara Wade
Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Sara Wade is responsible for aligning Express Scripts' human resources and business strategies, leading the development and implementation of human resources initiatives, and ensuring the continued development of a strong and effective human resources organization. She is also responsible for the Corporate Real Estate and Corporate Safety & Security organizations. Sara joined Express Scripts in 2009, serving as Vice President, Benefits and Compensation, before moving into her current position. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Sara reports to George Paz.

Tim Wentworth

Tim Wentworth is responsible for all aspects of the company’s core business, including sales and account management, information technology, operations, research and new solutions, and supply chain management. Tim joined Express Scripts when the company merged with Medco in April 2012. At Medco, he led the employer and key accounts organizations for nearly 14 years. He also served as President and CEO of Accredo, the company's specialty pharmacy. He earned a bachelor's degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and an associate's degree in business from Monroe Community College. Tim reports to George Paz.

Gary Wimberly
Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer

Gary Wimberly manages overall IT strategy and performance, specifically focusing on innovative solutions, process improvements and improving productivity. Gary is responsible for ensuring the information systems are aligned with business strategies. He joined Express Scripts in 2004, serving in a number of leadership roles in the IT organization before moving into his current position. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Gary reports to Tim Wentworth.
