Important Notice for Beneficiaries Using TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery

Starting January 1, 2018, beneficiaries using Home Delivery may have to wait an additional week to request a prescription refill. Below are two examples to help you determine if you’ll need to wait to request a refill.

Example #1:
You filled a prescription using Home Delivery before January 1, 2018 and the refill date printed on your prescription bottle is after January 1, 2018. You’ll need to wait an additional week, from the refill date printed, to request your next refill. If you request a refill too early, Express Scripts will hold your prescription and process your refill on the correct date.:

Example #2:
You filled a prescription using Home Delivery on or after January 1, 2018. The refill date printed on your bottle is correct and you should request a refill on the date shown.

Do you need help finding your next refill date? There are several ways to find it, you can:

  • Mobile App:
    • Open the Express Scripts mobile app, and then view your prescriptions.
    • To download the Express Scripts mobile app, search for "Express Scripts" in your mobile device's app store and download it for free.
  • Online:
    • Visit www.Express-Scripts.com/TRICARE, and then sign in to your account.
    • If you’ve not registered with our site, click here to register. The one-time registration is quick and easy. Once you’ve registered, you can order refills, check order status, and much more.
  • Phone:
    • Call Express Scripts at 877.363.1303 and speak with a patient care advocate.
