Weight loss and lowered Rx doses
Beyond the clinical advantages of remote monitoring, we are seeing significant health savings for clients and their members, reducing the cost of medical care for patients with hypertension and associated chronic conditions, like diabetes.

Health Connect 360: Better health outcomes – guaranteed
Express Scripts offers the industry's first outcomes-based model of care that guarantees clinical targets and connects patient touch-points across the care continuum.
Pulmonary remote monitoring
Our pulmonary remote monitoring program is increasingly important to patients because COVID-19 infection can cause lasting lung damage. This vetted digital tool allows patients to optimally manage their asthma and COPD by ensuring they use their inhalers as directed, minimizing the chances of lung damage and other severe complications.

Health care comes home
As COVID-19 has normalized virtual health and digital care solutions in an environment where advancements in technology and consumers' demand for digital both grow seemingly at the speed of light, how can health care decision makers and health plan leaders keep up in terms of offering members the tools they need to stay healthy, in a way that is safe and fits into their day-to-day routine?

Solidifying the mind-body connection
COVID-19 has underscored the connection between physical, mental and social health. While many consumers are currently engaged in some form of wellness activities, the focus on their health has inspired many to take a more proactive approach to their whole well-being.

The cost-care conundrum
Keeping health care costs down remains a consistent priority for both consumers and decision-makers. In fact, it's a dilemma that affects nearly every plan: How is it possible to do more with less, and still provide high-quality, low-cost, high touch care?

In the next decade, we're going to see health care change dramatically, and we believe technology will play an even greater role in a person's care than ever before.
The impact of the pandemic on mental health will be long-lasting, and there is an urgent need to expand easy and timely access to care. Focus on fertility and family planning
COVID-19 changed our lives and challenged us in ways we've never expected. As a trusted health care partner to plan sponsors, we sought to understand how the pandemic has impacted women's attitudes and behaviors around family planning – as well as assess the need for related benefits. While some have predicted a baby bust, our survey of 2,000 women between ages 25-45 with employer-sponsored benefits found that most respondents who maintained health insurance also maintained their goals to build families.
