We make it easy to price a medication for the current plan year. Once your plan year deductible is met, you'll pay the copay or coinsurance for each prescription until your out-of-pocket maximum is reached.
ID Cards
Express Scripts will issue new enrollees an ID card that is effective for the upcoming plan year. If you don’t receive a card or ID number, please call Express Scripts’ TRS-ActiveCare Customer Support at (844) 367-6108.
If you have not received your welcome kit with your ID card, please provide your pharmacy the following information to process your claim.
BIN#: 003858, Processor Control: A4, RX Group#: TRSACRX, employee SSN and date of birth.

Home Delivery
By choosing home delivery by Express Scripts® Pharmacy, you can get up to a 3-month supply of your long-term medications shipped right to your door.
To get started with home delivery, ask your doctor to send an electronic prescription to Express Scripts® Pharmacy or call Express Scripts' TRS-ActiveCare Customer Support at (844) 367-6108.
Retail Pharmacies
For short-term medications, you could save money by choosing a network retail pharmacy. We can help you find a pharmacy in your network. The pharmacy network may change periodically as we work with pharmacies to get you lower prices.
Want a 3-month supply from a retail pharmacy? Participating network pharmacies can fill up to a 90-day supply of medication.
Specialty Medications
Accredo is our specialty pharmacy that serves patients with complex and chronic health conditions. Specialty-trained pharmacists, nurses, and clinicians are available 24/7 to help you manage your condition.
Accredo can safely deliver medications that require temperature control or other specialized handling. You can schedule delivery to your home or doctor’s office. If you are in need of copay assistance and think this applies to you, you can call SaveOnSP at (800) 683-1074.
