Starting June 15, 2025, the HealthSelect℠ Prescription Drug Program mail-order service will fill glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP‑1) medications through EnGuide Pharmacy. In preparation for this change, Express Scripts will automatically transition existing GLP‑1 mail-order prescriptions to EnGuide Pharmacy. Participants will need to call (800) 935-7189 (TTY: 771) to set up refills with EnGuide or log in to their mail-order account. GLP-1 medications will still be available through your local retail options.
