How it works
Step 1: We received your prescriptions
On April 1, 2022 your active prescriptions were automatically transferred to our pharmacy. If you're out of refills or take controlled substances, ask your doctor to send new prescriptions to Express Scripts® Pharmacy. Take a look at our FAQs for more info.
Step 2: You create an account
Getting started with Express Scripts is easy. Create an account using the member ID on your health insurance card. If you have questions, give us a call at 833-715-0945.
Step 3: You order your medication
Log into your account and order your available prescriptions. Use our website or mobile app to get real-time updates as we fill and ship your medication. Free standard shipping is included in your plan.

FAQ
Express Scripts® Pharmacy has already received qualifying prescriptions with remaining refills from your prior home delivery pharmacy provider.
You can register online to view your prescriptions and place an order. Some prescriptions will not be moved, such as prescriptions for controlled substances, medicines regulated by the government and prescriptions that have expired or do not have any refills left. For those prescriptions, you can ask your doctor to send new prescriptions to Express Scripts® Pharmacy.
You can create an online account. You will need your member ID located on the front of your health insurance card. It will only take a few minutes.
Your prescriptions with refills remaining were automatically transferred to our pharmacy. If you’re out of refills, have an expired prescription, or need a new prescription, you can ask your doctor to send new prescriptions electronically, by phone, or directly to Express Scripts® Pharmacy. Your doctor can call (888) 327-9791 for prescriber instructions. Make sure to provide your doctor with your member ID number.
The price of your medication is set by your health plan and there could be a change from what you paid in the past. Please contact your health plan for the most accurate pricing information.
If you need to refill your medicine soon, please contact your current pharmacy. For first-time orders, most people receive their medication within 7 days after their doctor approves the request.
You can order up to a 3-month supply of long-term, maintenance medication to be delivered to your home. It’s one of the most cost-effective, convenient ways to fill prescriptions and may help save you money.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 5 days after we receive them. You can track your orders in your online account or the mobile app.
Standard shipping is free. Orders are sent in tamper-evident, weather-resistant, unmarked packaging that ensures your privacy. Medications are delivered by your regular carrier, unless the medication requires special handling, such as refrigeration. At your request, Express Scripts® Pharmacy can mail prescriptions to a secondary address.
Yes. Express Scripts® Pharmacy offers an Extended Payment Plan that gives you flexibility to pay for your medication in three monthly installments. You can choose to pay in installments when you place your order.
Express Scripts® Pharmacy does not currently accept manufacturer and/or online coupons (ex. GoodRx).
