On April 25th 2019, Major Pharmaceuticals was part of a recall involving specific lots of Losartan 25mg 50mg, and 100mg tablets. This recall is being conducted due to the detection of an unexpected impurity found in the active pharmaceutical ingredient manufactured by Hetero Labs Limited. Major Pharmaceuticals distributed product that was manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals.
