How can I make changes to my Automatic Refill settings?

You can manage your automatic refills online or by calling to speak with a Patient Care Advocate (PCA). This includes updating your shipping address, delaying a refill or stopping automatic refills for one or more medications.

Automatic refills are also optional. If you choose to stop automatic refills online, go to the Prescriptions menu, select Automatic Refills, and choose “Stop Automatic Refills” for the medication you want to remove. Any changes must be made before the refill begins processing.
