On the member website or mobile app, an automatic refill indicator appears next to medications that are eligible for Automatic Refills. If you don’t see this indicator, that medication isn’t eligible for automatic refills at this time.
You can also call Express Scripts customer service, and a representative can help confirm whether a medication is eligible.
In general, medications eligible for Automatic Refills are those taken on a long-term basis and written for at least a 56-day supply. Controlled substances, short-term medications and prescriptions written for less than a 56-day supply aren’t eligible. Additional eligibility criteria may apply.
